Alan Davies, Chairman
Alan has 20 years of experience in running and leading mining businesses with Rio Tinto, most recently as Chief Executive, Energy & Minerals.   Former roles include Chief Executive, Diamonds & Minerals, Chief Financial Officer of Rio Tinto Iron Ore, and he is also a former Director of FTSE 100 company and aerospace engineering leader, Rolls Royce Holdings PLC.
Alan is Chairman of TRIGEM DMCC, and CEO of Zambian copper company Moxico Resources PLC, which targets a public listing in 2021, and Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Global Geoscience Limited.  Alan has held management positions in Australia, London and the US and has run and managed mining, marketing and trading operations in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and North and South America as well having executive responsibility for Rio Tinto’s projects in India for nearly a decade.  Alan holds a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.


David Zabinsky, Chief Executive Officer
David has both international public and private sector experience, most recently managing an initiative to secure inward direct investment from North and South America into the UAE with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone. Prior to that, David worked with IQPC Middle East, directing some of the region’s most reputable trade conferences, including World Stadium Congress in Doha, Qatar and the PPP Investment Forum in Cairo, Egypt. David received his Bachelors of Science in Government & Legal Studies and Spanish from Bowdoin College (Maine, USA). He speaks English and Spanish fluently and is conversant in Arabic, French, and Portuguese.


Cameron Parry, Director
Cameron is a serial innovator and chief executive of quoted public companies in both the financial technology and mining sectors.  He is currently CEO and Founder of the mainstream alternative banking platform and physical asset monetary system, Tally®.  Cameron was the Founder and CEO of vertically integrated gold company, Lionsgold Limited (LSE: LION), that evolved to become Tally Ltd; he is also the co-Founder and inaugural Executive Chairman of Coinsilium Group Ltd (NEX: COIN) – the world’s first blockchain FinTech company to list on a recognised investment exchange; and he is the Founder and inaugural CEO of natural resources investing company Metal Tiger PLC (LSE: MTR).  Cameron is a Financial Conduct Authority approved person (Ref No. CJP01234) and Joint-CEO and a major shareholder of 30-year old London Stockbroking firm, First Equity Limited (FCA Licence No. 124394).
